- Do I need to leave the house during a treatment?
For routine interior and exterior work, no. Termite treatment and heat treatment for bed bugs are the exceptions, and we will tell you in advance and in writing.
- Are the products safe around children and pets?
The products we use indoors are applied to cracks, voids and edges rather than open surfaces, and are dry within an hour. We will name every product on your written plan before anything is applied.
- What does the free inspection actually cover?
A full walk of the interior, perimeter, attic and crawlspace, photographs of anything we find, identification of the species, and a fixed price. Nothing is applied and nothing is charged on that visit.
- How quickly can someone come out?
Most inspections are booked within one business day. Stinging insects, rodents in a food area and wildlife inside a living space are treated as emergencies and usually handled the same day.
- What happens if the problem comes back?
The return visits are on us. That has been the policy since 1998 and it applies to every program we sell.
