Each visit is a full exterior treatment plus whatever the interior needs that quarter. Nothing is applied indoors as a matter of routine: if there is no activity, the technician inspects, logs it and leaves. Between visits, any callback is free.

How the visit goes

Inspection, 30-45 minutes

The technician walks the interior, perimeter, attic and crawlspace and identifies what is active and how it is getting in.

You get the findings, the products we intend to use and a fixed price before anything is applied.

First treatment

Exterior barrier and any interior work you have approved. Most homes take under two hours.

Quarterly service

The same technician returns four times a year. Callbacks between visits are free.
