Flying & stinging May-Oct Yellowjacket Ground and wall-void nests that get aggressive late in the season.

Rodents Sep-Mar House mouse Droppings in cabinets and gnawed packaging. Exclusion is the fix.

Wildlife Feb-May Gray squirrel Attic and soffit entry, usually at a roofline gap. Permit-based removal.
