Nobody reads a pest logbook cover to cover. An inspector checks three things, and they check them in the same order every time.
Service dates
Are the visits where the contract says they will be? A gap is the first thing that gets circled.
Corrective actions
A finding with no action beside it reads worse than no finding at all — it says the problem was seen and left.
Sign-off
Somebody on your staff has to have acknowledged each visit. An unsigned log is treated as an unread one.
